When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

Typically, delivery takes 4–7 business days. If a longer delivery window applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely. You may cancel any order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t been shipped. To cancel, please reach out immediately to support@verta-supply.com. Once an item has shipped, it falls under our standard 30-day return policy.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there’s visible damage (even to the box), note it on the delivery receipt. If you can't inspect it immediately, mark the receipt as "suspect damage." Should you discover any damage after opening, take photos and send them to support@verta-supply.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or compensation promptly.

Do you charge sales tax?
Verta Supply is based in New Jersey. We only charge sales tax on orders shipped within New Jersey. This allows customers in other states to enjoy significant savings.
Can I modify my order?
