Shipping Costs
We proudly offer free shipping within the United States on all orders.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed for fulfillment the same or next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders generally arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Shipping Methods
We partner with professional third-party freight carriers to deliver large and heavy items via 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight delivery, a curbside appointment will be arranged. Please ensure that a valid phone number is provided at checkout so the carrier can contact you directly.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt and payment approval.
Once your order ships (within 1–2 business days), we’ll send you a separate notification with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can adjust it before dispatch.
Order Cancellations
