What if my order arrives damaged?

Please carefully examine the condition of your package at the time of delivery. If there’s any visible damage—even to the outer box—note it clearly on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt before signing.
