At Verta Supply, we want your shopping experience to be as straightforward and worry-free as possible. Here's how our return and refund process works:


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.


2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you’re returning the item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

Received a faulty item? Notify us within 30 days and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll provide a prepaid return label. Once we inspect and confirm the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.


4. Changed Your Mind?

You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. You’ll need to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the product in new, resellable condition, we’ll refund the item price minus any shipping costs.


5. How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since we issued the refund and it hasn’t shown up, please contact us at support@verta-supply.com.


6. Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the situation. If applicable, this will be communicated clearly during your return process.
