The Fagor CO-500W is a commercial undercounter dishwasher designed to provide dependable cleaning performance in restaurants, cafés, bars, and other foodservice operations. Powered by Fagor's Effi-Wash hydraulic system, the CO-500W delivers powerful wash performance with clean wash water and hygienic operating temperatures. The machine also features Effi-Silent technology to reduce operating noise, creating a quieter work environment. A Rock Counterbalanced Door provides smooth opening and closing, while Soft-Start technology helps protect dishes and glassware by gradually increasing water pressure at the beginning of each wash cycle.
Designed for everyday commercial use, the CO-500W includes built-in detergent and rinse aid dispensers, a drain pump, pressure gauge, hot water assurance, stainless steel wash and rinse arms, stainless steel tank filters, and IPX4-rated controls. Its durable stamped stainless steel construction is built to withstand the demands of busy kitchens while remaining easy to clean and maintain. A magnetic safety door switch provides additional operational reliability.
