The Fagor COP-174W is a high-performance commercial hood-type dishwasher designed for busy restaurants, institutional kitchens, and other demanding foodservice environments. Combining powerful washing and rinsing performance with efficient water usage and durable construction, it provides the speed and reliability needed for high-volume dishwashing operations.

Featuring Fagor's Effi-Wash system, the COP-174W uses an optimized hydraulic design to deliver strong mechanical washing action while maintaining clean tank water and hygienic operating temperatures. The Effi-Rinse system incorporates a rinse pump and air-break design to provide a consistent high-temperature final rinse, even in locations where incoming water pressure may be lower.

Designed to improve workflow during busy service periods, the COP-174W can process up to 60 racks per hour and accommodates standard 19.75-inch square racks. Its generous 17-inch ware clearance provides ample room for a variety of dishes and kitchenware.

Soft-Start technology gradually introduces wash pressure at the beginning of the cycle, helping prevent dishes and glassware from shifting within the rack while reducing noise and the risk of breakage. The hood-type configuration provides convenient loading and unloading, making the unit particularly well suited for high-volume commercial kitchens.

Constructed for demanding daily use, the COP-174W features stainless steel wash and rinse arms, stainless steel tank filters, IPX4-rated controls, and a magnetic hood safety switch. Integrated detergent and rinse aid dispensers help streamline operation, while the pressure pump and air-break system support consistent rinsing performance.
