The Effi-Wash hydraulic system delivers strong mechanical washing action while maintaining clean tank water and hygienic operating temperatures. For consistent final-rinse performance, Effi-Rinse technology uses an integrated rinse pump and air-break system to maintain a linear 185°F rinse, including in facilities where incoming water pressure may be low.

A key feature of the COP-174W HRS is Fagor's integrated Heat Recovery System (HRS). After the cleaning cycle, the system captures and condenses generated steam and uses the recovered heat to preheat incoming water. According to the manufacturer, this process can reduce energy usage by up to 40% while also eliminating the need for an expensive hood extraction system.

The dishwasher also incorporates Soft-Start technology, which helps prevent dishes and glassware from moving excessively inside the rack at the beginning of the wash cycle. This gentler startup helps reduce noise and provides additional protection against potential breakage.
