The Fagor COP-504W is a high-performance commercial undercounter dishwasher designed for demanding restaurants, cafés, bars, and professional foodservice environments. Combining powerful washing performance with efficient water use and a compact undercounter design, it provides a dependable solution for operations that require consistent results throughout busy service periods.
The COP-504W features Fagor's Effi-Wash hydraulic system, which combines strong mechanical washing action with clean tank water and hygienic operating temperatures for effective cleaning. The Effi-Rinse system provides a consistent 185°F final rinse using an integrated rinse pump and air-break design, helping maintain reliable sanitizing performance even in locations with lower incoming water pressure.
Designed with efficiency and operator comfort in mind, the dishwasher incorporates Effi-Silent technology, using its double-skin construction to help reduce operating noise and retain heat for improved energy efficiency. Soft-Start technology gradually introduces wash pressure to help prevent dishes and glassware from shifting inside the rack, reducing noise and the risk of breakage.
The COP-504W also features MultiPower, allowing the electrical configuration to be adapted for either greater productivity or reduced power consumption. A convenient multi-connection box simplifies installation and service access, while IPX4-rated controls provide protection against moisture encountered during cleaning and everyday commercial operation.
Built for daily commercial use, the COP-504W includes stainless steel wash and rinse arms, stainless steel tank filters, integrated detergent and rinse aid dispensers, a drain pump, pressure pump with air break, and hot water assurance.
